Tiny spots of rust on car

I noticed these tiny spots today near my trunk.

I googled some products to get but was wondering if anybody here has any recommendations.

Are payments being delayed right now?

I just sent my rent payment and usually it is instant. Right now it’s stuck on sent instead of delivered.

Is anybody else having a delay on their payments being sent? The money has left my account.

Someone says they interviewed me but they didn’t

So the founder of a competitor to the company I currently work for is telling people he spoke with me today. He is telling people “specific info” about me, and I have no idea what he is saying.

I am freaked out and have even taken screen shots to show people all I called was a delivery driver who couldn’t find my place today.

I’m not sure if this is supposed to be a prank.

If they do not tell people they made a mistake, what are my options? I’m afraid they will tell my current employer when I have not spoken to this person.

Orange County, California found these. Ants or Termites?

My roommate found these all over her room, and our landlord wanted me to post here (we also have an inspector coming tomorrow. So do you all think these are ants or termites?

Is my coworker in the wrong?

So I just spent my weekend at a trade show working 10+ hours a day to try and get leads and meetings (I work as a sales rep). The other people on my team wanted to know who would be attending the show, so I shared a Google sheet.

Well this one other person who also works at my company higher up than me said we should put in our notes on the sheet, so my boss knows our progress on leads.

Today, mind you the show isn’t even over, I see one of my coworkers has reached out to one of my leads and booked a meeting. She tried to hide it by not saying anything, but I always check reports.

I was so mad because that was not hers to reach out to. The account was in her name in Salesforce, but she hadn’t been reaching out to the account. Plus, she opted not to go to the trade show. So she doesn’t want to travel or work on the weekend but get all the reward. In the past whoever worked the show got to keep the leads.

So, is my coworker in the wrong?

Performance Review

Today I had my performance review with my boss and everyone fills out questions that HR gives us.

My boss was talking about how important I am to the team and what a big part of the company’s success I have had (I’m in sales).

As she was scrolling through the questions I saw a question asked to the bosses saying how would they react if this person left the company. They put “2- Neutral, can easily backfill.” What a punch to the gut that was after being here almost 3 years, putting in 12 hour days, and being the only one to survive this long in this role.

Getting a new manager sucks because this boss clearly doesn’t value me the same way my old boss did.

A LOUD reminder that we are all just numbers. And if we died today they would have our jobs listed in the hour.
