I have one question for my brother (2026 passout batch computer engineering) He got placed on campus in cognizant 4 LPA package and TCS Digital off campus 7 LPA package (received Offer letter recently). Where should he join? Cognizant is supposed to give joining for training within 1-3 months now and we all know how much time TCS takes for joining letter it can be 6 or 8 or 12 months. Guide please

I told him to join cognizant first then switch to TCS after joining letter but he is scared about notice period of cognizant, NSR registrations etc.

What are the things need to take care of in above situation?

I received offer letter from tcs, now on my tcs nextstep portal bgc verification and ILP corner is there. BGC verification is ok where I'll upload all required documents, no concern. But in ILP corner it is asking for NSR id. I tried registration on NSR website but digilocker verification is showing error as well as offline adhar zip file is showing error for upload and for video kyc later it is asking me employment id, hr details etc. So all in all NSR registration is failing from all perspectives. Do I need to pay for NSR (that option didn't come yet still asking) Please help me out.
