In the anime and manga, while they interact like a family, it's clear Luffy is everyone's closest friend and emotional anchor. Without him, the group falls apart.

While in the Live Action, they feel more like an equal group of friends . Nami caring for Zoro in Season 1, her intimate conversation with Sanji about his mother etc are main examples.

This is not a bad thing. Just something different.

I enjoyed both of these a lot, they had some of the most hype moments in the series.

I think it's Usopp or Chopper.

This is so cute. Was it in the anime? Reading manga for the first time.

Drum island is one of my favourite arcs because of how it portrayed Luffy.

It's possible that Nami stabbing herself in Arlong Park is kind of a parallel to Luffy stabbing himself in the eye.

Luffy stabbed himself for a pirate he admires.

Nami stabbed herself for a pirate she hates.

I love this duo and they were together a lot early on when the crew was small. So it's nice to see just the 2 of them together in Whole Cake Island. I love the fight against Cracker, Nami's role was perfect. She fits the support role quite well

I am watching Wano and Zoro, Hiyori and Toko really seem like a family lol. I hope Zoro and Hiyori end up together, both of them are so good looking and fit perfectly.

ZoNami, SaNami and LuVivi all 3 have good chemistry in the Live Action.

I am a LuNa shipper in the manga but I kind of enjoy the chemistry between all of these. The cast is just so attractive. I don't think any of these will be a thing but it's fun to watch.

1. Zoro swallows his pride and begs Mihawk to train him just so he can become stronger for Luffy.

2. Nami insults Kaido for declaring Luffy dead when she usually doesn't act on emotions and insults opponents.

3. Usopp getting angry in Alabasta when someone insulted Luffy's dream and acting brave.

4. Chopper embraces being a monster just to get stronger for Luffy.

One Piece main theme: Freedom and dreams are worth fighting for.

Naruto main theme: Empathy and understanding can end the cycle of hatred

Bleach main theme: True acceptance of oneself is necessary to protect others.

Nami is not the type to insult her opponent under the pure heat of emotions, that's what Luffy does. But in this scene, she was so overwhelmed my emotions that she insulted a Yonko to his face despite knowing she would die.

Honestly, I like this more than the Ulti moment. In the Ulti moment, it can be argued from a perspective that Nami would technically be "betraying" Luffy if she said he won't become PK to save her life. But this moment was unnecessary, if Nami stayed silent, she wouldn't be betraying anyone yet she did it which is why I love it.

I think they all are close with each other to such an extent that they would die for each other and no two Straw Hats can be left alone and feel awkward.

But still, there are some people closer to one another . Like most of them seem closer to Luffy than the others. But it makes sense given Luffy changed their lives significantly
