Earworm

It’s an older rock song and the guy was at a party and the other guy says he saw his girl out the back in the bath with another guy. Man it’s right there but I can’t remember it

Why is it always muted?

I’m a WALL-E human that wishes to not move my fat fingers to access sound. Why would I ever want to watch a show muted? Are you guys watching muted shows? Seems there’s no way to change it either.

“Furnishings must remain as they are”

I just moved into one of these shitty houses chopped up into 5 “apartments”. It’s furnished. On the rooming agreement it states “furnishings and inclusions must remain as they are”

Now originally I thought this means they must remain undamaged. But maybe it means they don’t want me to move things around in the unit? Surely that’s not lawful right? I moved the bed sideways to fit my desk in. I’m preparing to have to fight with them over this, but I did sign the agreement. I feel like that’s something they should have brought up at the inspection though, like he did with all the other property issues. He told us that people can’t stay past ten, that the bills are included in the rent, but not that you aren’t allowed to move anything.

Rooming agreement furnishings

I just moved into one of these shitty 5 apartment houses in Brisbane. It’s fully furnished, but I wanna use my fridge. In the agreement I had to sign it says “All furniture and inclusions must remain as they are and not be disassembled or removed at any time.” Does this mean I can’t move the fridge, wrap it, put a tarp on it and put it under the enclosed veranda outside? Do you think remain as they are is referring to quality? Can they stop me moving stuff around? They wouldn’t remove any of the furniture like a normal company would

So I was thinking of moving into a fancy apartment in Kangaroo Point likes title says, but the unit has no parking space. Street parking only. This sounds like a nightmare after finishing work at 8pm. Can you purchase a long term term car park anywhere around there? I tried searching but it all seems like $25 a day type thing.
