I have other skin issues so am not certain that this will help any of you, but it is definitely worth a shot

Most of 2025 my D was in a rough spot and I couldn't figure out why, I already use the MCT oil for the other skin issues and eventually decided why not try the D

I would say my D quality before the MCT oil was in the 2 or 3 out of 10 range

After 1 application it was up to a 5ish by the following day

Then I did some AI self doctoring and was led to Cerave Healing Ointment, so now the full routine is

Morning MCT 8/10 oil only

Night Quick rinse with water, pat dry (but dry pretty well), MCT oil first and then a little Cerave to cover it and trap the MCT in

I mentioned I went from a 2 or 3 out of 10 to a 5 with the MCT alone after 1 application, well 1 time with the Cerave probably got me up to a 7ish out of 10

Hope this works for as many of you as possible too, and if anyone else has noticed similar working and also found something else to add to this routine please do let me know

EDIT because this is a common question:

I had pretty much all the standard things on the hard flaccid wiki, looked blueish, bruised, beat up, like I just got out of cold water, very stiff and rigid, long recovery time necessary between sex, randomly sometimes if I had sex it would hurt quite bad, even if I had taken days off between the last time, pretty much no morning wood

One dose of MCT oil and it was hanging and swanging again, some morning wood, now throw in the Cerave and every time I wake up in the night or morning it has been hard, was able to be with a girl 2 days in a row which is something I thought would never be possible for me again (at least wisely) a few months ago

Hopefully it works as well for you

I'll spare yall the details but 5 years ago my seb derm which I didn't really know I had at that point (knew something was up already, wasn't sure what) was very very very bad, I was using tons of cortisteroids and as you know thats not a fun game, and it doesn't really work IMO, just sort of putting a band aid on or a temporary fix

I am very happy to say that after making major life changes a year and a half ago things have really improved, so much so that I almost never have to go to a cortisteroid, and the majority of my bad spots haven't shown up at all in a year

As the title says my main life changes are as follows:

Apply MCT 8/10 oil 2x daily directly on affected areas, once in the morning and once at night, though for certain low issue spots I just do 1x a day

I live alone and work from home and am now a nudist in my house, solely for skin care reasons

ANY TIME I get sweaty I take a quick water only shower, basically a rinse, and dry thoroughly

I always wear very loose fitting thin cotton material, and I am cognizant to try and air out the main problem areas if I notice any heat or moisture build up throughout the day

I think one of the biggest things here is not letting sweaty clothes stick to your skin, or letting any 'swampy' type humidity build up for too long, my most recent bad flare ups all come from times before I was doing any of this and was walking around outside in the heat and humidity for too long with clingy sweaty clothing

Use the least potent cortisteroid that will get the job done on flare ups as needed

Good luck, hopefully this works as well for all of you as it has for me

One thing I keep hearing is 'why hasn't gold been an inflation hedge during the Iran war like IT ALWAYS HAS'

People who say this either have a goldfish brain and dont remember how gold didnt move from mid 2020 until 2024, OR they do remember it and are just lying to yall

Either way, why listen?

The real answer is gold is a manipulated market so you can't look at the day to day, week to week, or month to month... heck even year to year, IF there is inflation coming that will land in gold "THEY" won't let us know about it until they damn well please

If the talking heads you are listening to aren't willing to admit what I just said then you really have no reason to be listening to them

Granted Petro has always been a pee in everyone's Cheerio's type of guy which is one of the reasons he stood out in an overly positive sports media landscape

But the CONSTANT jabs at Chris Jones make absolutely no sense and honestly make it hard for me to listen to a guy who I have listened to for 25 years anymore

Petro has single handedly kept the 'takes a lot of plays off' pre-draft narrative alive for a decade, think about when the last time you heard anyone other than Petro or his current guest who has already heard him say it 50 times to them in the past like Sando say that he takes a lot of plays off?

National guys don't say it, they love him because of the consistent pressure numbers

Jones is a Hall of Fame, best defensive player on 3 Super Bowl team, top 3 defensive players in Chiefs history

Someone needs to get into Petros ear and remind him that you don't talk about someone with that pedigree like you talked about Allard Baird and Tony Muser and the 60-102 Royals back in the day
