Finally reached 'Excellent' VO2 Max status 🥲

One marathon and many high intensity runs later and I've finally made it to 'excellent' status!! 🙌

Some things that helped me make the jump from good to excellent:

-3 square meals a day with little to no snacking in between.

-Prioritize higher intensity runs/calisthenics over low aerobic runs.

-14K+ steps a day minimum.

-Small bits of activity such as 50 push ups, 25 air squats, pull ups spread out throughout the day, sprints.

-Dropping body weight in the process. Lost 10 lbs. Sitting at about 172 lbs (from 184 lbs.)

Just happy for the progress so far, I certainly do not intend to slow down! If you have tips on how to improve, please drop them down!

Anyone at Fort Gregg-Adams having stomach issues?

Currently in AIT at Fort Gregg-Adams and I’ve been dealing with some pretty consistent stomach issues for about a week now. Trying to figure out if it’s just me or if others are experiencing something similar..

Does anyone know if the water here (especially from the barracks/laundry room faucets we fill camelbacks from) is actually filtered/purified?
