i need to say this right now
I genuitly hate myself and I wish I didn't, therapy does nothing the only time I'm happy is when I get atention from y'all and I fell like I'm just seeking atention all the time I have autistic burnout and I feel like a deadweight that is just holding everyone down all the time I feel like I am causing more problems for everyone here and I feel like I should just leave and I know it won't fix anything at all but it won't make things worse.
