Planning on ordering the new Dell XPS 13" but I'm confused on the configuration options

I'm looking at ordering the new XPS 13" but I noticed that these two configuration options seem to be the same. I don't know why one is more expensive than the other. Is there any difference between these two?

There's a bug on YouTube where the player bar randomly popups on it's own. Is this a known issue that started happening recently?

Recently I've noticed that my XM6 headphones have been turning off randomly when I'm watching video or just listening to music. I've never experienced this when I first got these headphones, but now it happens like once a day but not every day. Is this a known issue and how can I fix it?
