За първи път пиша тук и като цяло съм бос с финансите и инвестициите, НО ми излезе един страничен приход към 50 евро месечно, който ще е активен следващите няколко години поне. Искам да ги правя нещо, но без особен стартов капитал и без да трябва да следя акции и прочие. Общо взето нещо plug-and-play и за лаици. Има ли такова?

EDIT: Ако изсъхне извора мога да продължа да си внасям занапред, един вид да има, просто не знам с какво да започна точно.

I have 1e and have ran it once as a demo game with an adventure I guess I dug up from somewhere, can't remember.

Recently I played a game of Imperium Maledictum (the newest d100 40k system) and I really liked the gritty noir vibes. What I don't like is Cubicle 7, not really into 40k as a setting, and don't want to invest in another system for the occasional investigative game.

I do like SF's setting and the fact that I have tons of everything - races, places, items, you name it. I just can't get out of the mindset that the game should be played as designed - as a sci-fantasy/space opera combat simulator and character build optimizer.

When I run games I usually go more hand-wavy and I usually do one-shots so I double down on the hand-waving, but I am conditioned by THE INTERNET (or by my understanding of the design principles) that trying to shoehorn a different type of game in essentially a "classic d20" will go against the grain and somehow betray both the design and the expectations at the table.

Just had some time to do a zypper dup for the new plasma update and after clean restart installed oxygen6 with whatever default dependencies it comes, and then another restart.

Setting an oxygen global theme borks the tray icons, all desktop icons disappear and the oxygen cursor stays on after manually switching it to breeze.

Honestly I'm not feeling like making it work atm and after a few more restarts and changing the theme I did rm --clean-deps

Anyone having similar issues? Otherwise digging the glassy look - brings back memories.

Currently playing on Crimson Caldera with Grundy (the lion vampire) on Easy. Generally I tried optimising my build order with boosted buildings, cleared camps without losses and started a second city. Just opened T2 at the throne and overall expecting I am doing fine with the only thing stopping me from snowballing is lack of gold per turn to keep buying units. So I have two heroes both with full stacks and am feeling fine.

Then suddenly comes the fire lady AI with 3 stacks of units, including some T4 canon on wheels. I cant leave my heroes divided as each one is less than half her strength. So she just goes to the unoccupied city while I defend the other. The only thing left for me is to rush a combat in which she has 200 more strength and what helps me there is the realm modifier that causes units to go berserk and hit their own, which I feel is very cheesy.

Is this normal? Is there anything I can do better perhaps as a general strategy/avoid newbie trap? I think I spent a few turns healing around but still the main army hindrance I think was that I didn’t have enough gold to constantly push out units.

Which units btw cost gold along the way. But I can’t do anything to muster defenses at whim if the AI just pops unnoticed with full stacks on my doorstep.
