I am having issues with this plastic collar popping off every time there is a color change. Has anyone had this problem before, and how do I fix it cause constantly taping it stinks. At that point, I might as well not use the ams.
I am trying to find someone who can help me with a personal hobby project. I want to make a shoulder-mounted cable puppet for a costume; however, I want to make the 3d body that is a blank for making different puppets for different events. But I have no skill in 3d modeling whatsoever. I know how I want it designed, but I just don't have the skill in any modeling program. Can anyone help?
Years ago, my son and i when to the Renn. Fair, and he wanted a shoulder-mounted bird/dragon type of puppet that was controlled by a cable that went down his arm. If he twisted the cable one way, its head moved. What type of puppet is it, and where can I find how to make it, and the mechanics of how it works? I want to try and make a 3d printable body that I can add other parts to.

Years ago, my son bought a shoulder-mounted bird/dragon-ish pupper that had a break cable that went down his arm to control the movement of the head, simple movements like look left and look right.
My question is, what type of puppet is it? How are they made, and does anyone have images of how to make them that I could use to have someone design a 3d body plank that I can add parts to?
