I have a 2060 Super what should I upgrade or should I buy a whole new PC?

I’m new to PC just this season and need a help learning PC and getting better. Any help would be much appreciated!

Today I was shooting my PSA AR-15 and the bolt carrier failed. I recently got this and this was only my second time shooting it. The bolt carrier was stuck sideways and a live round was trapped in even after trying to disassemble. I have tried going to the page for warranty but any link I click on it just reloads to the same main page. Any help would be helpful!

I measured

Loose Underbust: 27 in
Snug Underbust: 26 in
Tight Underbust: 25 in
Standing Bust: 30.5 in
Leaning Bust: 32 in
Lying Bust: 31 in

In US my current bra 1 wear is 32B and it is saying | should wear for recommendation 26DD/E and the sister size is 28D/DD. I am wondering what this would be in US and if this is actually correct.

I am going fishing for King Salmon in a river and don’t know what to setup on my rod. I have a 8ft medium heavy fast spinning rod.
