guys what happens after dissociation is over. im so curious. like do u just wake up one day and the emotions are there and you remember everything and you cry alot OR WHATT IM SO CURIOUS MAN AND i need hope😔

Okay guys so ive been living in dissociation since may 2025 there have been some improvements gradually over time but i havent been in school since as i had to drop out with how extreme my condition was/is. im going back to college in September to complete a 2 year course and then go to uni. Guys will i be able to pass a course in dissociation ? has anyone else continued school while dissociated, because for me i know even just socialising for a few hours causes extreme nervous system shut down for a few days💔 i truly dont know how im going to do it 😞😞😞

I HAVE A QUESTION. bit of info about me: ive been in chronic dissociation for over a year, so severe that i dropped out of college. my question is how do emotions/feelings come back after dissociation like do they come all at once, do you suddenly just feel alive or does it happen gradually and slowly..

did you get to grieve all the life you lost to dissociation ? did it feel good, refreshing ? because i cant wait for that day man. id give anything to feel. to get back to my life. to see my friends, to know who they are and what they mean to me. to feel them.

calling all who have gotten through long term dissociation, what changes did you notice in yourself after? did it feel like a prize when you returned to life? any information would be great🤞 ive been in dissociation for just over one year now. the same symptoms. no access to memories, logical thoughts, feelings/emotions, identity etc. any advice would be greatly appreciated
