I swear it only activates when it's the only way my opponent can win. The other night it activated twice in a row when I had a Politoed dead to rights. 😭

I've been thinking of cracking my PSA 5 Lugia to try and get this binder ring dent out and resubmitting but I've never done anything like that before and I'm not sure if it's possible. The card is super clean otherwise.
