Help! I’m so desperate.

I’m so tired. I have an 11 month old (turned 11 months this week. He needs me to hold him to sleep (unfortunately co-sleeping isn’t an option for various reasons so please don’t mention it). He wakes and I need to hold him for an hour to get back to sleep. He is teething but this occurred before teething. His schedule is 5:30am wake 3hr wake window , 3.5hr wake window then 4 hour wake window. 6-15-6:30pm bedtime. And 2 hours of day sleep. Really desperate for help. I also have no real help especially at night I’m a SAHM and my husband bless him works really hard and he needs the sleep to run the business so we have an income.

EDIT: Sorry I may have inaccurately represented him taking an hour to go down. I meant that he will go down to bed easy but wake up 2hr later and takes an hour to put him down again not because he won’t fall asleep but because he wakes on impact when I put him in crib. Which has never been a problem what so ever.

Teething and completely inconsolable

Any tips would be so much appreciated my baby has his bottom teeth and is now getting his two front teeth at 10 months old. He really is difficult at night and completely in consolable. Unfortunately co sleeping isn’t an option for us for a few reasons (it’s not safe with out bed set up and we are in a rental). However I have got the pack and play out and just sleep right next to him in the floor so he can get some comfort overnight I also feed him then put him back in the pack and play once asleep but he is up for hours and just crying the poor baby. I just want to know if there is anything I can do during the day to help him at night I have given pain medication but it really didn’t help.

Travelling from a hot climate to winter with a 16-month-old — what do I need to know?

Hi everyone! We live somewhere with a pretty hot climate and will be travelling to Hong Kong, Japan and South Korea over December/January with our 16-month-old.
I’m trying to work out how to dress a toddler properly for genuinely cold winter weather when we’re just not used to it!
For anyone who lives in a cold climate or has travelled somewhere cold with a toddler, I’d love some advice:
What layers do you normally put on a 16-month-old?
Do they need thermals/merino base layers?
What type of jacket or snowsuit would you recommend?
What do they wear on their legs — normal pants, lined pants, thermals underneath?
What shoes/boots are best for a toddler who will be walking?
Do you use mittens, beanies, neck warmers etc?
How do you manage going from freezing temperatures outside into really warm shops, trains and restaurants without them overheating?
What do you dress them in when they’re sitting in the pram? Would you use a footmuff as well as a jacket?
How many winter outfits would you pack for about a month?
Is there anything else about cold weather with a toddler that someone from a hot climate might not even think about?
We’ll be doing a lot of sightseeing and walking around, but also constantly going in and out of trains, shops, restaurants and hotels.
I’m probably overthinking it 😂 but I’d much rather be prepared, especially since he won’t really be able to tell us if he’s too hot or too cold.
Any advice or specific clothing/items you swear by would be really appreciated!

The hardest thing about baby sleep if you’re not sleep training is the unpredictable nights.

One day you from waking up twice to settle your baby and the next you wake up 6 times a night with no difference in schedule and you rack your brain trying to understand what you did wrong. Any advice on how to not feel scared when it comes to night time…I feel so much anxiety around it and have considered sleep training so often but just can’t get my self to go against my instincts cuddling my baby and feeding him back to sleep when he needs me.

Need advice on traveling with a 15 month old, should I make the trip from Sydney to Japan?

My husband wants to book a holiday and we’ve always dreamed of going to Japan together. We want to make the trip but I’m a FTM and I’m nervous to travel my baby will be 15 months when we decide to go. Any advice, should I go or should I wait? Also note I do get very nervous and anxious about germs I always have and planes specifically freak me out.

Struggling with multiple wakes at night and I’m on my during the night.

Would really love some help to see if his schedule is ok or if it should be adjusted. If it needs to be adjusted id love some clear feedback because i frankly have no idea what im doing. FTM with 0 clue, but is 9 months and 24 days old. And this is a typical day.

RANT

If I see another ad saying that they put magnesium balm on their. Hold and it made them sleep through the night I might actually throw my phone out the window - signed a sleep deprived FTM.
Such predatory marketing.

My 9 month old wakes 4-5 times a night. Any recommendations on how to get him to sleep longer stretches?

I’d really like to half the amount of wakes 2 I feel is much more manageable. I’m exhausted and do it alone. Do dream feeds works I’ve never tried it but maybe to help me get a longer first stretch of sleep for myself? Or is that counterintuitive? Very confused FTM…he definitely has a feed to sleep association and wants affection and cuddles to go to sleep again which I’m ok with but really just need more consolidated sleep for myself. Any and all recommendations are appreciated.
