Published books that started off as fan fiction
Any sapphic books that were originally a fanfic??

I was watching drew ft. Muna and the band talked about a book that mentions them briefly. It was described like a butch detective interviewing a woman that was trying to hint that she’s gay and started playing a Muna song*
Y’all pls what book is it?
How does it work with scrubs in the us? It’s probably different depending on state but I’ve seen nurses on tiktok talk about what scrubs they think are cute and some have prints on them and stuff. Just wondering do you guys like buy your own scrubs for work?
Any recs for book series that follows a friend group/found family where each book is another couple in the group? Like “the court of chains series”by Rawnie Sabor and “A Seal Cove Romance Series” by Anna Burke
I like any genre and would love if there’s an audio version of 😊
Not that there are many of us but got a little worried when they started reading it cause you could tell they didn’t know what it is(at least didn’t seem like Shane knew). But the whole time I just hoped the story or the cast wouldn’t have any bad takes or opinions on it😭
Specifically the whole summer aspect of it all :)! Sapphic recs please!
It can be any genre 🤲
Feels embarrassing to ask but as someone with little to no experience and was born in 04 so pornography has always been easily accessible; what are some sexual things that are good to know that porn won’t teach me? Any advice is appreciated ☺️
Any books that are set in the summer and reallyyyy gives you the hot weather summery vibes? It can definitely also be that the setting is in a really warm climate like the desert :D
I’ve loved bloom town (1&2) and ribbonwood
I’ve looked through all the queer book subreddits but couldn’t find any wester wlw books that is gonna fit the bill like bloom town 😭

TikTok from @/sierra.locklear :)
Idk if I’m using the term right but are there any recs for books where both mcs are like a mix of feminine and masculine? Would also be a plus if they both are dominant at times :)
Some examples:
Vi x Caitlyn (arcane tv show)
Charon docks at daylight
I like a lot of different dynamics and genres so I thought I’d list my favorite books so far and see if I can get any recs based on them :)
- My ALL TIME favorite: Charon docks at daylight by z.r. Reed!!
- the order by Tj O’Shea
- bloom town (1&2) by Ally north
- hearing red by Nicole maser
- the Blacksea Odyssey series by j.a. Vodvarka
- this gilded abyss by Rebecca Thorne
Hi! I’m looking around for potential clients/cases where an editor is needed. What would you say are the best platforms to for this? :)
Does anyone know if there are any official or fan-made audio versions of z.r. Reed’s books? I listened to “Charon docks at daylight” on YouTube and I LOVE it so I think I’d enjoy the rest of their books! :)
Any books where one mc lives solitary like in a lighthouse or something of that nature?
A book that came out around this time last year pretty sure. It hade a blond mc and a black mc, there was magic involved and they were at a school of sorts. The black mc held a big secret from the other mc. The book ended on a cliffhanger. I’m pretty sure it was written by a male author. The book cover was a drawing of the mcs. That’s all I remember hope someone finds it! :)
I saw like a month ago someone posting fanart on here of a book about like a j-/k- rock British band and one or both mcs had pink hair. I think it came out this year or last year🙏
Just got done with {hearing red by Nicole Maser} and {the order by Tj o’shea} and I absolutely loved the couple dynamics! If you haven’t read them imagine Caitlyn x Vi from arcane! Are there any more mores like this? :)
