I bought this 2019 x3 m40i thinking i will get one of the better sounding B58 but not feeling that great with the sound and missing gear upshift burbs i kinda feel i have got one with updated DME 😭😭😭

I had a 2017 x3 xdrive28i and this community has helped many times and therefore a big thank you!
Now i bought a 2019 x3 m40i and its DRL has turned yellow slightly, i know if i wait more it may look like the competition yellow or burn out probably. Is there a fix for it without buying a new headlight assembly?
With it being slight yellow and the headlights white it looks awkward.
Also car has done 127k KM so what fluids and parts should i be changing? The car was maintained and serviced at dealership.
Coolant leak was spotted prior to purchase and some garage said refreshing the full coolant setup is the way to go rather changing only those affected specific hoses. (Please see the last picture)
I live in the UAE and would like to know which non RFT tyre should i be looking? That looks nice as well, i have 21 inch wheels.
Any suggestions/advices on 3 of these problems will be much appreciated. Thanks team!

I drove the car and it was good, found some mechanical issues which is negotiated with the price.
