Reptile safe?
Is the play sand in these "Bloom Blocks" safe for lizards? Tag doesn’t say silica contents, but that it "conforms to ASTM D4236".

Looking for bugs that won’t die at 40 degrees celcius and can live in 50/50 play sand and topsoil mix with barely any water.
Hello
I recently got an ocellated uromastyx while trying to get an ornate. I still got very attached, so I want to learn how to care for him.
I’ve been wondering if they can be kept in small groups like ornates or if they need to be kept alone like geyris and bearded dragons.
While he’s just fine alone, I have a huge enclosure that I planned for 1 male and 2 female ornates. My ocellated is really really small in there!
EDIT:
I have asked the same question to many breeders and keepers in case someone knew.
Arids Only answered and he said his guides for ornates’ husbandry should apply to ocellateds.
How do you sex them?
I know how to for geyris and ornates using their coloration, but I’m not finding anything for ocellata. Apparently the males are smaller but I can’t find any info on what male vs female average sizes are.
Hello!
I was planning on getting an ornate uromastyx, and I know this species likes climbing, so I bought a lot of branches and rocks to get verticality.
I got scammed, the uromastyx I recieved is ocellated, not an ornate. He’s cute tho so I‘m keeping him.
Do they climb??
Got unjustly banned and want to switch to a better app, but all your friends are on Discord? Some of my friends have been ban evading via Bolt.
Bolt is a bot by William Horning (aka Jersey) available on Discord and many other apps. It can bridge between text channels, meaning after setup, whatever gets said in a Discord channel will appear on an other channel of your choice, even on a different app.
This guide is only be about Stoat and Discord, however it does work elsewhere, like Matrix and Fluxer.
If you already have a Discord server, create a Stoat server with the same channels as the Discord one. Do the opposite if you have a Stoat and no Discord.
Invite Bolt to both the Discord and Stoat servers you want to bridge.
Give Bolt the required permissions.
Perms on Discord: none.
Because of Discord’s recent-ish built-in "per server" account customization features, it no longer needs any extra permissions to work here.
Perms on Stoat: Manage Roles, Manage Customization, Change Nickname, Change Avatar, Masquerade.
"Masquerade" has a completely different name in other languages. If you can’t find it by name, go by it’s description: It allows members to change their name and avatar per-message.
Perms on both servers, if @ everyone is missing one or multiple of these: View Channel, Send Messages, Invite Others, Send Embeds and Upload Files.
Create a bridges in one of the channels.
On Discord: /bridge create
On Stoat: !bolt bridge create
You MUST either be a moderator in both servers or get someone who’s a moderator to help you, because only those with higher permissions can see the bridge codes.
Without mod perms, this step will fail.
Enter the bridge‘s code in the corresponding channel you want to chat in.
On Discord: /bridge join [code]
On Stoat: !bolt bridge join [code]
Remember to give users the right permissions so that they can’t text in channels only mods should be able to, like an announcement or rules channel. Otherwise, they might be able to use the bridge to chat there!
Hoping this information is useful.
