Knee injury from constant pacing?

I’m wondering if anyone has had the same experience

I often pace around my room in a circular pattern or back and forth, and I could do it for hours at a time

But recently I’ve noticed I’ve had a lot of knee/lower leg pain, and odds are it’s due to how I’m constantly stressing out my joint :( I’m trying to break this habit before it does any permanent damage when I’m older. Has anyone else had a similar experience?

Is anyone else extremely scared of their future?

I can’t help but feel this sense of impending doom ever since I graduated high school, I’m 19 and I still live with my family in my childhood room, nothing has changed besides going from high school or college and I STILL feel uneasy

It makes me really nervous how I’m technically living in the “good old days” and everything will eventually change, I will eventually be on my own and yearn for what I’m living right now.

Has anyone ever thought about preserving their wisdom teeth here?

In late September, I am going to get all four of my wisdom teeth removed (they are kinda coming in wonky and are causing me pain 💔)

I wanna see if I can get my hands on my own wisdom teeth (if the surgeon even lets me) and preserve/clean them to the best degree, how would I go about doing that in the first place?

It would be really neat to me to have them in a mini jar or something

What's your favorite "niche" bird?

By niche, I mean a bird species that isn't commonly sought after or mentioned in birding communities. My favorite has to be the Alpine Chough! When I got to visit Germany a couple of years ago, my tour group and I got to visit The Kehlsteinhaus, which is built on top of a mountain, aside from the really nice view, I found out that these little mountain crows exist!! I felt lucky to see them during the trip because their range is specific to only high altitudes, they flew nearby people for crumbs and stuff, so I managed to get at least one okay photo of them
