12 months apart 75 down
Still 25 away from my first goal (gotta work in incraments because i get overwhelmed by how much I want to lose in the end) but these two photos are 1 year apart. Was working on losing starting November, started tritz in February, 75 down 50ish of this using tritz. I dont even recognize myself on the right anymore. I am so much happier, and more energetic, than I have been in YEARS. just wanted to share with others who understand :]
