Mirtazapine and Fluoxetine for Anxiety, Depression and Insomnia

I have been on 30mg of Mirtazapine for about 5 weeks now and 20mg of Buspirone. I still have up and down depression days but my sleep is great at 30mg. I am thinking of asking my doctor about adding Fluoxetine because it worked very well for me many years ago with the buspirone. Anyone doing this and at what doses? I take the Mirt at night because of the sleep benefit but I think take the Fluoxetine in the morning. Success stories are welcome :)

Adding Fluoxetine to my 30mg Mirtazapine and 20mg Buspirone

I am thinking of looking adding the Fluoxetine to the Mirtazapine because I still have lingering depression and some anxiety. I am much improved with the anxiety since I began the mirtazapine 5 weeks ago and my sleep is SO much better so I really want to stick with the Mirt. Or maybe I just need to give the Mirt 6 to 8 weeks to be completely therapeutic. Does anyone have some success stories with combining other AD's with Mirt?
