We're getting close to launch on a US sweepstakes platform we've been building for a while now, and at this point we're really looking for the right angel or strategic partner — someone who can help us accelerate go-to-market.
The way we see it, most new casinos are basically the same slot catalog with a different skin. That's not what we're trying to do. We're building around co-op slots, PvP, and social retention — a lane most operators aren't really in yet. Long term, we think the real upside is category IP and licensing, not just running ad spend on another clone and hoping CAC works out.
On the product side, this isn't a deck or a prototype. The platform is built — dual-currency SC/SG wallet, 20+ in-house originals, provably-fair live rounds, real-sync co-op and PvP modes, and a social layer built around persistent player identity (profiles, loadouts, etc.). We've also got the compliance scaffold in place for a counsel-gated US soft launch — geo, AMOE, KYC, redemption workflows, all of it. We have provisional patents filed on the live-round, co-op sync, and pvp mechanics as well.
We're pre-revenue right now and haven't scaled paid UA yet — that was intentional until launch gates are cleared. The next phase for us is really about three things: speed to market, marketing spend, and traffic.
My background is in fashion — creative direction and brand development — and that's shaped how we're building this. Brands like Stake, Shuffle, and Gamdom didn't just scale because they had games. They scaled because they had identity. Our platform was built with that same idea in mind — a platform where players actually feel like they have a presence, not just an account they churn through.
For the right partner, we're ideally looking for someone with a gaming, sweeps, fintech/payments, or performance marketing background — someone who gets pre-revenue consumer bets and GTM validation, and can bring strategic value beyond the check (intros, marketing POV, operator experience, that kind of thing). Check size would be in the $50 - $100k range via SAFE; happy to share terms 1:1 with serious interest.
What we bring to the table is the built product, differentiated IP in co-op/PvP, a social retention layer, and the creative direction to stand out in a space that's getting more crowded by the month.
