I am doing my bachelor's and I want to join a gym, start working out and get in shape. How do people figure out what to do in the gym, which set of workouts, how many reps, correct form etc etc. how do people form their diet plans. I have never been to the gym before so I am quite anxious and unsure of how to begin.
