A couple of months ago, I purchased a PlayStation Network (PSN) gift card through Amazon. Unfortunately, the gift card turned out to be fraudulent/invalid. After a lengthy back-and-forth with Amazon, I eventually received a refund.

However, the refund was issued as Amazon Pay Balance rather than being returned to my original payment method. I have now found a reputable seller and am trying to purchase a replacement PSN gift card, but I have discovered that my Amazon Pay Balance cannot be used for this purchase.

At no point during the refund process was I informed that the Amazon Pay Balance would come with restrictions that could prevent me from using the refunded money for the same type of product I originally purchased.

This is especially problematic because I am not an Indian resident, so Amazon Pay Balance has very limited practical use for me.

What are my options here? I talked to support via live chat and I’ve been transferred over 10 times. Nobody wants to help me

I opened the Qatar Airways app today and one of my flight times got updated. It now departs 5 minutes later. The app is telling me to accept the changes or request a refund. If I click request a refund, do I then get the entire amount back or are there any fees? I talked to an agent and he said there will be fees but why offer that option in the first place then?
