The good stuff
Nurse at my doctor’s office brought me a big crispy filtered cup of water. I’m living the dream.

This might genuinely sound so stupid, but how do Midwesterners drink so much water? I moved here two years ago and noticed that yall stay chugging. I grew up in the south. We mostly drink sweet tea and like soda from the gas station. I’m realizing that I have probably been dehydrated for most of my life. So, like, how do you stay on top of it? Do you chug? Little sips throughout the day? Do you keep a schedule? A glass in the morning and many many more throughout the day? Only when you eat? Please do not bully me. I’m being so fr rn.
Edit: thx Chicago. I’ll be hydrated soon I swear.

I’m usually an 8.5 but ordered a 9. My heels flop a little when I walk but they feel comfy overall. I just can’t tell if they are too big and look clownish? Some help? Should I return for an 8?
Those of you who use body tracking devices—oura ring, etc, do you find that it’s worth it? The only device I use is my Fitbit but it’s ancient and doesn’t tell me things like “body readiness” and other fancy stuff like that.
Those of you who have the fancy newer devices—is it worth the splurge? Helpful? Are you learning more about yourself and does it help you monitor your levels throughout the day? Thanks!
I’m having a hard time today. I’m experiencing a flare up which is making an old back injury almost unbearable. My body feels terrible. I feel ugly and gross and so fucking depressed. I’m constantly bloated even when I eat my good foods. I just want to feel healthy.
