I started Tirz in March and haven’t gone over 2.5mg dosing. Have lost over 25 lbs SW 165, 58F, 5’5”. Heart issues so recommended by cardio. I feel great but I now have ….still, my starter bottle, and another 3 months worth based on increasing my dosage. I’ll use it to taper off, but how do I cancel the auto ship thing? The portal says it’s “at the pharmacy” so too late to delay. How can it be at the pharmacy when we’re 6 weeks out? Any advice?

Wednesdays after work are my injection day. Today. Next week I’ll be getting home from vacation on Thursday. Thoughts on doing the injection that Thursday and then going back to Wednesday? Am I tempting fate? I’m on 2.5mg and having great success w zero side effects and losing 2lbs/week. Do not want the hassle of bringing my meds.

Kids are all grown.
