Offers show as ineligible

I did an offer through CAP1 Shopping and two days later under the trips when it posted, it showed as ineligible. Tried to email support but the automated message said to wait 30 days. I did record the whole thing from start to finish. I still dont know if i'll get any help after 30 days. Anyone had success with an offer going from ineligible to pending?

Boost mobile

For those that did the boost mobile offer did you have to activate the sim to get the reward? Mine tracked the next day after i placed the order. I never activated the line (insert the sim on my phone) its just been sitting there however a week later i received an email from Cap1 saying "Success we are processing your reward from boost mobile" . Does that mean i'll get the reward without activating the line or are they gonna claw back?

Anyone had success getting the rebill charge removed from chase CC? The dispute department are bunch of a**holes. They keep me in the same loop lying everytime i call wasting my time. Is there a higher department i can talk to or anything that could help me get this charge removed? The dispute team clearly admitted its a mistake on their end because the merchant refunded me and Chase took away my refund with a rebill charge

I have a chase freedom unlimited and i booked a flight for ($223.10) and a hotel for ($222.10) from trip.com . My hotel was cancelled by the property and since i was notified last minute i cancelled the flight as well. Trip.com agreed to refund (i have screenshots of refunds, emails and conversations with chat rep) however i was still charged for that cancelled trip. I opened a dispute with chase and the case was in my favor (got refunded $223.10). After a few weeks i see a "REBILL" on my card with the flight amount of ($223.10) . I called chase and they told me it was a mistake from their end because the system thought i got 2 refunds of the same charge since the amount was identical ($223.10 and $222.10) and that i should mail a letter requesting to open a new dispute which i did. I mentioned it was two seperate credit and i only disputed for my flight it had nothing to do with the hotel credit so why the rebill? They denied the request and now they're telling me to send them a new letter to open the dispute keeping me in the same fcking loop. Im really sorry for the long paragraph but if anyone has any advice on what i should do that would be of great help because Chase CS is useless at this point.

Just got this offer today. I have never been an att customer and dont plan to switch. I was thinking of signing up for a $50 plan/month (check 2nd pic) and cancel end of first month. I dont have an LTE watch to signup for a cheaper plan so this is the cheapest i could find. Do ya'll think this plan would qualify for the 450? Any advice if you did this before? Appreciate it :)
