Hello everyone,

I have passed NISM certifications and also FRM level 1 in my first attempt. It was last year in May. Since then I have been not preparing for part 2 and neither have I done any good projects on it which can actually differentiate me from other candidates for a job or an MBA interview. Rn I am preparing for GMAT and CAT but I want to feel confident enough having some 2 or 3 good projects on me so that I can feel more confident. The issue I really don't know how to move forward and utilize my time to the best thing and do some amazing hands on project. With AI disrupting the market so much, i need proper guidance if someone here knows what kinds of skills are demanded by top companies and how to learn them and the kind of projects which will help me get there. Pls guide me so that I can layout a plan for myself. I only know very little of python and SQL.

I am new to copywriting, my role is to write captions for social media posts. From the people who are experienced here, what should be my framework of writing captions which are actually optimized and relatable? Or should I not focus on these things at all? How exactly do you write captions for a reel you have already created and is ready to be posted? I am very confused, pls help me out!

Hello everyone, I am new to digital marketing. Landed an internship using a friend's referral. It is an edtech platform integrated with AI features. I am very very confused since the past one month as there is no mentor there..from what I read, it is a very difficult to actually learn these skills without continous feedback/support from an experienced person in the same line. I want to be focusing on one skill and be good at it by the end of this internship. So I need tips on how to move ahead with this internship, the product is not launched yet but I am trying to do whatever it takes to gain some actual skills. What skills should I focus on? SEO or Performance marketing? And why?

What kind of skills from one of these domains should I learn about? I have heard AI overviews are most important in rankings these days. Pls enlighten about the 'what'(skills) and why?
