Zajedno Aoe 2 ili Wildrift?

Igra li netko Wild Rift? Kad igram, uglavnom igram ranked, a main mi je support.

Igram ponekad AoE 2, najčešće Talijane zbog crossbowera. Nisam nešto posebno dobar, ali zabavno mi je. AoE 4 sam kupio, ali ga još nisam isprobao.

(Koje biste još igre preporučili u stilu AoE-a, Strongholda ili nešto kao Black Ops 3 Zombie?)

IVIG for aSFN and LC

Hi everyone,

I am currently looking into IVIG therapy and would love to hear about your personal experiences regarding protocols, onboarding, and timelines.

To give you some context: My primary and most debilitating symptom is permanently reduced exercise tolerance and muscular weakness (objectively confirmed via CPET and low handgrip strength measurements). I also suffer from autoimmune Small Fiber Neuropathy (aSFN), with burning pain in my legs, heart inflammation and stiffness combined with heart pain, severe orthostatic intolerance/dizziness, cognitive difficulties ("poisoned" ).

I have three specific questions for anyone who has undergone or is currently on IVIG for similar issues:

  1. What was your exact IVIG protocol? Specifically, what was your maintenance dose (e.g., 2 g/kg), and was it administered every 3 weeks or every 4 weeks?

  2. What did your initial titration/ramp-up phase look like? How did your doctors handle the onboarding process to minimize side effects?

  3. How long did it take you to notice an effect? According to the McAlpine and Novak study data on autoimmune SFN, it often takes at least 10 to 12 months (or even longer to reach a plateau) to truly evaluate if the therapy is successful. For those who responded well, how many months did it take before you noticed a subjective or objective turning point?

  4. My absolute main question is: Did IVIG actually help you improve this severe muscular weakness?

Thank you in advance

This is class war, and we lost it.

Exactly 10 years ago, I was talking to friends and posting online about what our world would look like in 10 years. Back then, the unanimous response was: "You're completely exaggerating, it won't be nearly that bad."

Well, here we are in 2026. Spoiler alert: It’s actually worse. And the most terrifying part? Most people still don’t grasp the absolute basics of this crisis.

Here are the four points that leave me completely stunned right now:

1. Basic Physics Ignorance (Temperature vs. Humidity)

People only stare at the raw temperature numbers. When you bring up humidity, you just get blank stares. Hardley anyone understands the connection, that high humidity combined with high temperatures (the wet-bulb temperature) is literally fatal to the human body because sweat can no longer evaporate to cool us down. It's not just about it getting "warm", it's about entire regions becoming physically uninhabitable. It's not that hard to understand.

2. The AMOC Paradox

"AMOC? What’s that? And why would it get colder in Europe if everyone is panicking about global warming?"

The moment you explain that the collapse of the AMOC (the Gulf Stream system) could trigger a massive temperature drop in Europe, people completely tune out. The complexity of global warming causing regional cooling completely overwhelms mainstream media narratives. For most people, the logic is strictly binary: climate change = more summer everywhere and obviously, it won't be that bad.

3. "Conservative" Climate Models

An acquaintance recently told me: "But the climate models still show we have some wiggle room!"

Unfortunately, that says more about the political sanitization of these models than about reality. If you actually look at institutional reports over the years, a clear pattern emerges: the timelines have to be adjusted and accelerated almost every single year. Reality is consistently outpacing the "worst-case" scenarios. Many research institutes simply aren't fully independent: if you draw a trend line across these constant downward corrections, you see exactly where we're heading.

4. The Corporate Carbon Indulgence

The entire "climate fight" pushed by industry and politicians is a farce. Carbon pricing and offsets are nothing more than modern-day indulgence letters from the Catholic Church: you buy a clean conscience while the system keeps running exactly as before. The fact that Elon Musk made a massive fortune selling carbon credits (regulatory credits) to traditional automakers so they could keep building gas-guzzlers is the ultimate proof of how broken the system is.

5. Blind Tech-Worship and the AGI Illusion

An acquaintance recently told me: "We just need AGI, AI will figure out the solution to climate change for us."

What an unbelievable load of libertarian bullshit. My response to him was: I can tell you exactly what that AGI is going to tell us, if we ever even manage to build it:

"It’s too late, you have already destroyed the ecosystem."

"Here are the blueprints for a time machine. Travel back to the past and fix your mistakes."

It’s the ultimate technocratic escapism. People are praying for a digital messiah just so they don’t have to change their comfort and lifestyle today. But no algorithm on earth can code its way out of the fundamental laws of physics and thermodynamics.

6. Torrential Rain Dynamics

When we get hit by severe storms, people just shrug and say, "Well, it always rained." They don't understand basic atmospheric physics: a warmer atmosphere holds more moisture. This leads to insane amounts of water being dumped per square meter in incredibly short windows. Instead of gentle, life-giving rain, we get violent, destructive downpours that cause catastrophic flash floods.

7. The Groundwater Crisis and the "But it's raining!" Delusion

Our global groundwater reserves are drying up at an alarming rate. But whenever you bring this up, the standard defense is: "What do you mean? It’s been raining for days!" People don't understand that topsoil can only absorb so much. When heavy rain dumps all at once, it just runs off into rivers and causes floods: it doesn't magically refill the deep aquifers. In fact, it can take up to 7 years for rainwater to filter through the earth layers and actually reach deep groundwater reservoirs.

To make matters worse, massive tech corporations are building data centers right on top of this crisis, consuming millions of gallons of local groundwater daily just to keep their servers cooler.

My Takeaway:

We are right in the thick of it, and the sheer apathy is agonizing. Sometimes I feel like I'm in a bad movie where the tidal wave is already visible on the horizon, but people on the beach are still arguing over the definition of water.

At this point even NPCs in GTA or Skyrim would have better situational awareness. If a dragon attacks or a car drives onto the sidewalk, they actually react and run for their lives. Real-life humans? They just stand there in the chaos, staring into the abyss, completely oblivious.

And no, I'm not being pessimistic, I’ve reached a stage of "positive resignation." I now just observe the whole thing playing out like an apocalyptic movie, and I feel immense pity for the children being born today or those who are still very youn

Quviviq? Has anyone experienced sleep paralysis with it?

It’s meant to help with sleep, and also works on the orexin system which is important in long covid. But for me, I end up in sleep paralysis. I never had that before Quviviq, and if someone had described it to me, I would’ve found it hard to imagine.

Difficulty level of this song + realistic learning time for a beginner returning to playing?

Im basically a beginner with a bit of prior experience (I played very briefly about 5 years ago) and I’m now looking to get back into it.

I’d like to get a realistic idea of how difficult this song is:

https://youtu.be/v5P4LsUyXV4?si=uJFNINFIMKMMoCPE

I’m also curious how long it might take to learn it to a solid level if I practice around 1-2 hours a day.

To be honest, I don’t consider myself particularly talented, but I am motivated and willing to practice consistently.

I’d really appreciate any honest feedback, and maybe some tips on how to approach learning it effectively.

Thanks in advance!

Started a playlist for Gnostic songs & chants- would love your recommendations!

Hey everyone,

I’ve recently started a playlist dedicated to Gnostic songs and chants, and I’d love to share it with you all.

Right now, the list is primarily led by Catharism. Since it’s brand new, it is still pretty short and there isn’t a whole lot on it yet. My goal is to keep expanding it over time. If you have any ideas, suggestions, or recommendations, please feel free to share them! Hopefully, we can discover some beautiful music together.

In particular, the song Montsegur by Consolament Ensemble moved me deeply on an emotional level:

Rising high into the heavens,
I say goodbye to the earth,
in order to find my beloved once again.

Like a divine bird I want to fly,
He gifts me two wings and a sacred name.
There is no one,
no one but him,
my beloved.

There is nothing
of love,
only they are sacred love.

With a gaze that offers
the elevated grace,
from heaven you look into my heart,
crossing thick walls.

Come, calm the immaculate bride.
Close to you I will be,
forever I remain with you.
