I really want to work on my resonance, but my laryngeal prominence,is really invisible, and I know there is a technique when you raise and down the laryngeal prominence,. But for me, I can't work like that.

I don't even know if I feel my laryngeal prominence, or not.

Does anyone know how I can work on my resonance in this situation?

I want to know something. If someone posts on Facebook about someone reaching feminine levels with 4mg pills and you ask them what feminine levels even mean to you and they start arguing about it? How relevant is what I asked in the context of the question?

Has anyone else suffered or is suffering from acne? Specifically hormonal acne and managed to cure it and it hasn't come back since?
