I've worked on/off in call centres for years and years. This is the first place I've worked at where they actively name and shame you if you're underperforming to their standards. You get placed in a "team" and the team lead that I'm with has no problems daily posting every team member's stats and if she thinks you're not doing well after three calls, she'll post your stats AND tag you in the post, telling you to reach out for coaching.

Unreal. Demoralizing. Cruel.

Anyone else starting training today?

Be careful out there today, TBayers. Yesterday the AQI readings only got around 266 (when I was checking) when it seemed really orange out there. Went down to 154 when I was going to bed. Now this morning we're even higher at 414!!

Just starting the first episode and HOW DARE THIS WOMAN not immediately pay for the beach foot rubs?! How delusional must she be?? I don't care if they are filming....even more so, you'd think because they're filming...but she can immediately get someone to pay those foot masseurs. YUCK! Why, why, WHYYYY did they bring back this woman??
