Alyssa Cappello changed her Facebook name after the last fight she had with the protesters to "Humbled AJ". The above rant surely makes her seem VERY humbled. She now boldly claims Harbe Nagi was likely killed by an uncle because of Islam. She also blames Steve Barnes of the Times Union for their employees no longer having jobs.

Earlier today her husband Frankie Fresh went live on the former Taste of Italy restaurant page and stated using the N word is no big deal and he anticipates using it again. He then went on to claim the protesters outside of Taste of Italy attempted to bribe both he and his wife for sex in exchange for ending the protest. He also stated that he went to Schenectady and alluded to hiring men to kill the protesters but then changed his mind just as it was about to happen because he didn't want to go to prison.

We certainly have lost true pillars of society by their moving out of state. 😢

Instagram is suggesting I follow another incredibly sick woman. I'll say it again. The algorithm knows exactly what is going on here. This account is clearly only being suggested to me because of Tam. I'm so glad I'm almost 50 and could give two craps about my appearance. I worry about how younger, misguided woman could fall into ED because of seeing this type of content.

I searched her handle on Instagram and this is what came up. Probably just other people suffering from Crohn's and SIBO 😢.

I am desperate to find my childhood stuffed animal, I was born in 1979 and received him as a gift when I was 3 or 4 years old. The undies were added by me in the 90s, they came from a Fruit of the Loom ad in a Rolling Stones magazine if I remember correctly. Not as desperate to find those as I am the bear. I don't know the maker. I think he originally had a hard plastic nose that fell off but I could be mixing that up with another stuffed animal. He may look different than the original because I dragged him around with me for years so he was pretty flattened by the time I took this pic around 2005.

I think she posts on FB to rage bait. The comments are consistently filled with these types of statements.

I mean she is making another tuna recipe 🫪. Gaslighting us the entire time about how she eats all the kids leftovers and loves mac and cheese.

I'm so sick of people like her and HBH being food influencers, actively dying in front of us, and telling us to not trust our own life experiences that tell us these people are sick as shit.

She's never going to get help.

It's just her and her ED, the kids and husband are just annoyances.

She's looking sicker than ever. This is so unbelievable to watch unfold on social media. She as a grown woman and can't be over 65 pounds and she's clearly losing, not gaining.

It appears the end is near. Her eyes look like they are no longer functioning properly. Her appearance is SHOCKING.

It seems lately that she's enjoying the Facebook folks reactions. She's constantly rage bait posting on there.

I will continue to pray she is not alone with her children when she succumbs to the illness she refuses to treat.

Tamara, I know you will see this. None of the folks here or anywhere are bullying you. We are scared for you and your children. We want to see you get healthy. Please try to understand that your social media presence is helping other sick girls make themselves sicker. Please don't use this one life you have been given this way. If you used your platform authenticly you'd likely be a social media superstar. There's not a soul out there that wouldn't respect and support you if you were honest. Please get help. It's time.
