How much would you charge in Labor to replace the complete windowsill, the bottom frame of the window, caulk and paint. Just Labor.

Handyman here. Need input on a quote. Convert this to include a shower. Go down to the studs, backer board, red guard, subway tile. All 3 walk but not the ceiling. Probably raise the short wall with the current faucets as well. There is access from an unfinished basement. I can do the plumbing and tile work.

There is missing mortar that’s not in the picture. How would I match the color?
