Starting an export business in India.

If you're just starting out with exports in India, the paperwork side can feel overwhelming, especially when nobody tells you the right order to do things in.

Before your first shipment actually moves, there are a few registrations you need in place. IEC is the basic one, no IEC, you can't export legally. Everything else follows from there.

None of this is complicated once you know what it is. But most first-timers lose weeks just figuring out what they even need.

We're a Bangalore-based team that helps new exporters get the initial compliance sorted and everything that comes after, so the business actually moves forward instead of getting stuck in paperwork.

New exporter in India? Don't let paperwork stall your first shipment

Keep seeing the same thing with first-time exporters, the buyer's ready, the goods are ready, but everything stalls because the licenses and compliance aren't in place.

Before you can actually ship, there's a handful of non-negotiables: your IEC to legally trade, the AD Code registered at your port so your container doesn't get held up, an LUT so you're not paying IGST upfront and chasing refunds for months, and an RCMC if you want to claim export incentives like RoDTEP. Miss any one and your first shipment can sit stuck for weeks.

The frustrating part: most of this can be sorted in just a few days if you know the process. Most first-timers don't, and end up losing weeks.

We help new exporters get all of this done fast, so the first shipment actually moves on time. Happy to help if you're stuck.

Require EXPORT Experts to guide MSME's in india.

Hey,

I'm with a Bangalore-based startup that helps MSMEs and college founders, from idea validation right through to scaling.

We've just onboarded a new batch of MSMEs, and some of them are either exporting or trying to break into exports. We're looking for experienced exporters / export consultants willing to mentor them.

Areas where guidance would help:

  • Export docs & compliance (IEC, RCMC, RoDTEP, etc.)
  • Finding international buyers & markets
  • Pricing, Incoterms, payment terms

  • Avoiding first-timer mistakes

These mentoring calls can also work as a nice side hustle / extra income for you.
