2 changes to basketball; who gets to score 3 pointers and when, plus the addition of a hockey style "power play" mode.

#1; 3 pointers only count if a team is down by 7 or more points. Losing teams can shoot 3's in an effort to catch up, but only to the point where it's a closer, 2-possession game, and winning teams can't use 3's to pad a lead. . .

UNLESS. . .

#2; technical and flagrant fouls will now result in the usual free throws, as well as the addition of a countdown (30 seconds for a technical, 60 seconds for a flagrant) wherein a leading team can score 3 pointers, or 3 pointers become 4 pointers if the fouled team is behind by 7+ and already qualifies for 3 pointers. This 30/60 second timer only ticks down while the team in question has possession of the ball.

Squeaking noise coming from near the driver's B-pillar at high speeds of 70 mph +. No loose trim pieces flapping or obviously loose fasteners on or around the driver side front or rear doors. Any help or advice is greatly appreciated.

My 2023 Mach-E premium has suddenly developed a very irritating, rapid squeak whenever I get above 70 mph or so. It comes on suddenly, kind of sporadic up to about 73 or 74, then becomes just a constant irritation any faster than that. The sound is coming from directly beside my left ear, in the B-column or the edges of the doors in that area. I can't find any loose trim pieces that might start rattling at high speeds, and I've opened up both doors looking for loose bolts or hinges or anything else, but everything is a tight as can be.

The sound doesn't seem to be noticeably affected by wind direction or how bumpy the road is, only my forward speed brings it on. I drive 70 miles every day on the interstate to get to work and back, so this is going to start affecting my mental health really soon if I can't get it figured out.

The audio on my dash cam isn't stellar, but you can hear the squeak pickup as I hit 71 or 72 mph, then it suddenly disappears entirely the moment I get back below 70.

Any help or guidance is greatly appreciated, thanks!

Problems with the San-Ti's goals and motivations in the show. Stuff just isn't lining up in my head. (Spoilers, obviously)

I'll start off by saying that I do intend to dig into the books in the near future, so "the books do it better" is a perfectly acceptable answer in this case.

I'm on my 2nd viewing of the Netflix show, and suddenly a bunch of the San-Ti's actions and timelines aren't making sense.

Our introduction to the San-Ti is the lone "pacifist" who warns Ye Wenjie that if she responds to the message, the rest of the San-Ti will receive it and conquer Earth. Flash forward 50 years, and now the San-Ti are on the way, but they think that they are going to be welcomed and accepted on Earth? That is, until they learn the fundamental concept of "untruth" from a fairy tale, and then decide that humans are too untrustworthy to live alongside. Except that they had already developed and deployed the sophons years before this, and had spent at least a couple of months by this time screwing with our scientific development. I can get sending them ahead of time to facilitate communication, but why screw up the particle accelerators and make a bunch of scientists off themselves for months, before they even knew we are capable of hiding our true thoughts or intentions?

I dunno, it feels like the San-Ti are either perfectly capable of lying themselves and just used the fairy tales as an excuse to finally drop the friendly neighbor act, or the show's timeline is kind of cherry picking events from the books in a haphazard way.
