It only happens when the car is decelerating. If you touch the gas at all it immediately stops. The truck is raised. Google/ChatGpt was no help as you can imagine. At first I thought it was just the tires on the road but wouldn’t they make sound during acceleration as well? The rattling sound is just a crack on the dashboard.
It’s not a bell, nothing moves inside and the handle is firmly attached. 2nd picture for size. It was in a box with a note on it written “India”. They never went to India though.
EDIT: The stick is welded to the inside of the ball. So i do not think it’s a Kajal/Surma stick.
