I need help identifying my lathe

I have attached some photos, I need to identify what lathe I have so I can order parts for it.
Right now the shaft in the head gets pushed back when I try to tighten the workpiece.

The first picture is the badge, the second is the whole thing and the third is the bushing I need to order but in reverse thread

I was shamed for being a part of the local union

I was working a shut down at a mine, I saw another millwright and got to talking to was working for a private company and he asked me and I said I was with the union he fully looked disgusted and turned his back on me saying he wants nothing to do with a union millwright.

I did not know there was so much hate for unions. Why the hate?

TLDR: I am in a local millwright union and a nonunion millwright showed a lot of distain for the fact I was part of a union

I have been used to primarily factory work, so I am used to having a big cart,

I was giving a tool list but how do I carry everything do I do pack out. They have “tool box” listed but do I do a cart, backpack or duffel bag
