Hello! I have been using google docs for making lists and homework recently and I am either unable to remember how to adjust bullet points or the way they are formatted has been changed. I'll put an example in the comments of what i want, but whats happening is that when i select the bullet point option it adjusts the text above it as opposed to bullet pointing the highlighted text. I remember it as being you able to separate text by using Shift+enter, but that doesn't seem to work anymore. Any help would be very appreciated.

Hello. Me and my family are currently in the market for some permanent lights for the holidays and such. Govee lights were our initial go to since people seemed to be talking about them a lot, but after some recent research we found them to be way out of our price range. I've been hunting online for some alternatives, but i'm unsure which brands to trust or what to look for with the lights. We need about 200 feet, and will be finding someone to install them for us. I'm doing a parry focused build with the duelist's sword. I was wondering which armor set i should go for? I'd prefer something within the light to medium weight ranges. I would check the wiki, but its armor set tab seems to be going through remodel, so its down. Thank you for any help you might provide ❤️
