“Islam is not inherently patriarchal”
Reminder: a person can have a PhD degree and still defend a misogynistic religion. Progressive Muslims don’t understand how dangerous they are and how they can easily persuade people to join the religion until they show their true colors.
Pick me choose me love me 🥺
As usual, Muslim women have to make everything about themselves. It’s so pathetic to be honest.
Someone dropped their last brain cell
Muslim apologists always tend to make these dumbass progressive videos to attract people to their vile religion, yet they always forget to bring actual sources or evidence from the Quran or Hadith to backup their claims.
Im seriously tired of these comments
The statement made here about them not mixing isn’t even correct because they do mix, since there is no solid boundary between them. It’s simply because of water density, salt concentration, temperature and many other factors that there is a temporary boundary present over there. But of course, religious people will do anything to spread their virus ideologies.
I saw this video of a creator explaining how a lot of Muslims use the “Islam gave women rights” statement to brainwash girls into just accepting that they have enough rights and to make sure they don’t ask for more rights in the 21st century, and I agree with her. But then she went on to say that Islam “restored” women’s rights and that it’s just men and the patriarchy who are taking away women’s rights. But a lot of people, especially Muslim women, when questioning the religion; they just shift the blame to the patriarchy and men, when it is both of them and also religion combined, because religions like Islam are a product of the patriarchy. If the patriarchy didnt exist, neither would a religion that permits wife beating, a woman’s testimony and inheritance being half of a man’s, and etc…and then she went on to say at the end that the patriarchy should be abolished. But in order for that to happen, abrahamic influence has to cease.
Putting that aside, this woman is so close to the truth and seems very intelligent. I found her very relatable since this was me last year before leaving Islam and deconstructing Abrahamic faith.
