Is there any demand for a better translation app on shopify?

I mostly used T Lab and the translation quality wasn't great. Weglot seems to be the biggest one, but it's extremely expensive. I needed something that translates automatically whenever I change something or add products, and actually translates everything well instead of missing sections. So I built one myself.

It just got listed on the Shopify App Store and yes, I'm looking for my first users, i want to be upfront about that!

But mainly I'm curious: are you running into poor translations with the app you use now? What's the most annoying part, and what feature are you missing?

eBay returns are Ruthless

I've had an iPhone reselling business for about almost 2 years now. I started out buying and selling locally on marketplace apps like facebook marketplace and marktplaats (a dutch app). After wanting to scale up i tried selling on vinted for a while which came with its issues as vinted has a terrible customer service. Because of this i wanted to try a more professional platform and starting trying eBay in Germany, France and Italy. I am able to sell for higher prices and sell alot quicker most of the time, so i was quite positive about eBay early on.

I've sold about a 100 phones and only had 1 return. But since last week i've had 7 returns, all of them being a buyers remorse issue (I sell as a business on eBay in the refurbished category). I was hit extremely hard and have no clue where all of these returns are coming from, their reasons are:

- The phone is too big
- It's too heavy
- I don't like it
- I found a better deal

One of them being a 17 Pro max (like new) wanting a return after 29 days because the phone was too big for him.. I almost can't believe i got so many returns in such a short time all based on (in my opinion) silly reasons.. With all the fees and these returns it's becoming barely profitable to sell on eBay as i also have to offer free returns in my category. I haven't experienced many returns on any other platform, this is the most by far. Has anybody else been having this experience with eBay lately? I would love to hear other people's experience with returns on eBay.
