Best of series?

4am flight out.

4 hr layover, get to sort thru photos.

I was at the Boston show, last USA date. It was a homecoming, and it was very emotional for her.

There were several songs tonight where she looked absolutely on verge of tears. But she held it in.  She cried in Boston.  

The show was simply amazing.  Having seen it so many times, I knew what I was getting into. But it exceeded my expectations.  I love the new setlist. I only wish for Chinese restaurant or street by street to be played.  But several songs absolutely brought the house down.  Promise, Goddess, Junia joining the end of Madwomen.  Of course, the unreleased song.  I loved it so much. The crowd was great. I would say at least 98%+ filled. The pit was tight up front but had decent space in the back. The crowd energy definitely made her react a certain way to enhance the concert.

She put so much energy, heart, and emotion into the concert. When athletes leave it out all on the field, that’s what she did tonight.  Just a brilliant display of artistry.  

She said she had/has no plans.  She doesn’t know what is next. She said she had/has been writing.  In the Unreleased song, she said she literally wrote it today. She mentioned several times about hard times last month or so. Don’t want to dive into that, it’s her own personal life. But she was just really full blown heart on sleeve.  

I can’t wait for the new album tour.  Even if nothing gets released in 2027, please do some jazz festivals.  

Lastly, the jazz section Act II. It was the best jazz section out of all the shows I saw.  She played a non-Laufey song to start it.  I don’t know the title to it. And then for the rest, it was definitely a decidedly different take on the jazz versions. The whole concert was amazing, but the jazz section stood out.

also, thank you opener for starting at 7:45 instead of 8pm!

The Unreleased song named by her, “The running Title, it’s lost and love.” And if that is anything to go by, I am definitely expecting some EIKAL infusion. That is still my favorite album.

it was a spectacular show. Just wow. So many things to talk about. Longer write up later.

Secret song was UNRELEASED SONG, and it was beautiful live. she called it something else, but I think it should be called “on a plane.” lol.

the new look setlist was Amazing. the Mr.Eclectic/MadWomen combo works so damn well!!!

Having been to 8 shows already, I have seen my share of bootleg merch. but Mexico takes the cake, they had everything under the sun, and tons of vendors.

Cups, notebooks, about 30 variety of tshirt styles. lol That’s like more designs than all her previous tours combined.

The early official one is in the parking lot where the buses park. it’s gated but you can walk inside. I would say the line is moderately long, and not likely to improve as we are sitting here almost 3 hours to show and it’s packed.

I went to release party for Phoebe Bridgers album. Her vinyl album has amazing art cover. It glows in the dark. It came with a blue light flashlight the night. Of the party.
