I used to be an avid gym guy until last year in December where I noticed pain in my lower left abdomen and left testicle.

I consulted with a urologist, where he diagnosed me with vericocele grade 2 on left, suggested me tablets like daflon 500mg , suggested tight supporting underwear and told me to continue to gym after 1 month period of rest, after which i didn't go back to gym.

And up until now after 6 months, I tried weight lifting at the gym again with only light weights and upper body workout, I came with supportive underwear and had knowledge about not bracing the core and holding breath when doing exercises.

And alas! My pain on my left testicle returned.

Now i don't know what to do , gym is essentially my part of my life, i can't just leave it like that and forget about it.

Gym had helped me to get out of depression and I am falling back into it again and this whole vericocele thing is not making the situation any better.

You guys might suggest that I get embo or surgery but hearing bad stories about it on the internet, I don't have any faith in those procedures.

Please suggest how I can proceed with my gym life.

I see so many couples in my area (unmarried), I wonder where they all met their partner?

I mean did you meet partner in office, or in a night club , through friends of friends? How did it happen?

I saw a sbi stall in a mall where it seemed like an sbi employee helping to apply for SBI credit card. So i have always wanted a credit card so i applied. He seemed legit.

But after I gave my details and some otp on my phone, i feel like he may not be legit and might a be scam

What should I do now? Am i being scammed?
