
10thie here ! Had a doubt watching Mathematical Tools lecture 11 by ABJ sir
Here he said the dy/dx= delta y/delta x as delta x approaches zero
By this logic, he cancelled the term delta x in the numerator and got the answer as 2x
But if in the denominator, delta x tends towards 0 then how can he obtain the answer as 2x
As, the denominator would be zero and anything divided by zero is not defined.
