My kobra x is making this noise in certain areas when it prints. What is this squiling noise and where could it be coming from

Wanted to print some newly dryed fugacity petg in white, I have not had issue before until i wen to print tgis petg and thai is what happend. What can cause this? This happens every print

I printed a multicolor mod with supports and are wondering if there is a way to avoid this in your prints.

Prusa i3mk3 is giving me a thermal runaway error and it has melted the heat shroud twice already. I have replaced 2 thermistors already and I still get the same issues after doing 5 to 10 prints. Here are some pictures of what's going on and I dont know what else to do
