As you can see, this is a Solo war, which is why the entire Rummish army isn't at the border yet (because you surprise attack em).
I wont make this a rule, but it's probably best NOT to rush this too quickly and also mentioning the same country everytime, like Sordland this, then Sordland that everyday.
Anyway, here's the lore behind Sordland's annexation of Rumburg.
It was a very simple term of arrangements that both Queen Beatrice and President Rayne had concluded on. One game of Poker in a do-or-die scenario where the opposing nation would be fully annexed and have their autonomy stripped to non-existent.
For Beatrice, the matter was simple: arrange the game in Rumburg and ensure the waiter staff rigged it in Rumburg's favour.
As both leaders shook hands and sat down, the game of poker had finally commenced...
Of course Queen Beatrice wanted to win, but also wanted to ensure that her victory didn't raise any suspicion; after all, who would ever trust a monarch who lied?
Right before the game, the Queen made sure to ensure that the 52-card deck would be shuffled in such a way as to ensure victory through a four-of-a-kind flush, of aces, of course.
Everything was going perfectly... two aces on hand, ace of spades revealed, king of hearts revealed, queen of hearts revealed. with one more ace guaranteed to be revealed, it was a breeze really for such a cunning Queen.
At last, both leaders went all in, do or die; one would be victorious while one would be fed to the bluds as always (what?). Here it came! A king of clovers and... an ace of hearts.
Queen Beatrice: "So Mr. Rayne, do you think you can beat an ace flush? Your country is good as mine!"
Even President Rayne was impressed: 4 aces in a game like this? What are the odds? Except for he wasn't impressed, he was smiling.
President Rayne: Your Majesty... I'm so sorry for your loss... Shall we sign the agreement in the Forest of October to empathise the brutality of the situation?"
Heart of Jack, Heart of 10... A royal flush...
President Rayne: "I might add, if you were going to cheat in this high-stakes game, I could only assume cheating was allowed, you think you were the only one who shuffled the deck as well?"
After a long game of poker against President Rayne, Queen Beatrice of Rumburg was forced into a corner, tricked and laughed at... It ended with the loss of the side of the nation Rumburg...
"A promise is a promise... The nation of Rumburg will be ceded to Sordland..."
Twelve times is clearly not enough to call Westarp a communist and BARELY enough to call him a social fascist. If he were a true comrade, he would have followed the devoted teachings of Marxism-Leninism (but actually the Stalinist interpretation), whereby the rich must become equally as poor as everyone else by confiscating all of their wealth to give to the working class to ensure complete economic equality (except for you of course, comrade).

It's no secret like half of everyone in this subreddit has heard of Suzerain, same goes vice versa, to the point you could say these subreddits have the same people in them.
So much that I'm pretty sure most people would be super hyped for a Suzerain mod (more specifically Sordland)
I've seen Dynamic, Redux, Deterministic, DVP, GTS and whatever other ones there are, and ngl they're all super hype and successful but not one a SD:AAH mod about Sordland? Like not once at all?
Dont get me wrong I know someone who's currently making a Suzerain mod titled Sordish Democracy. I'll give you the Discord to his server if you want but the issues I have is
I've also considered making one myself but I just cannot code at all, I tried a few time and ended up screwing up the roots file way too many times.
I know that Suzerain has this unfortunate part of contradicting itself sometimes or just being way too vague or not stating something at all.
i.e., when discussing Governor Bron and the Special Zone of Bergia, Anton, Nia and Graf are all talking about ways to remove the governor, completely ignoring the fact that the Governor has a 4 year term and is appointed by the President.
According to Nia of Graf, Bergia is the only region with a Governor; despite that, if you implement regional development in any region, you will receive a report from the Governor of that region thanking you for the support.
Having way too little characters from other parties.
GNA elections are proportional but nothing about Presidential Elections at all (I assume its whichever party gets the highest primary vote).
Other stuff, but if I list a fifth example, I would have to list a sixth, and so on.
But it shouldn't be THAT unattractive that no one even considers starting on a Suzerain mod. It's annoying but manageable, bedsides it gives you alot of room to improvise and add your own stuff that a Sordland game would lack.
Like, I'd be absolutely down to make one but again, I just can't code at all. I'd be down to help someone who can code and implement it all but alas I know no one willing to do that.

I personally haven't thought of what would happen if you lost the 1949 election, but I can definitely do that.
Anyway, if you ever consider making a Suzerain mod for Sordland, call it Sordland's Only Salvation because A. the acronym is SOS and B. Sordish Democracy is already taken.

Yeah, it's not a great look for any minorities in Sordland. Especially when you consider Kiberner is deliberately toning down his racism to appeal to more voters; when you form the USP-NFP coalition, you're adding fuel to the flame, as now he will be able to pass even more NFP-approved legislation through the GNA with ease.

If you're wondering why I am giving Agnolia Port Grim, I am assuming in the Treaty of Estord that all former Agnolian territories are returned, including the ones on the coast, if you check Agnolia's codex description, it says they recovered Port Grim from the Empire of Vaglos as it was collapsing.
(I'm aware that bitch Beatrice only mentions Tzarsbourgh and Dome, but those are the two major cities they're losing; from the maps I've seen, it's widely accepted that Crimsad is also annexed into Sordland. Rumburg is losing more than those two cities, but imo those are the only two major cities significant enough for her to mention).
