Which pressure washer would you pick?

Hey you all, I just acquired a shop in northern NJ and am seeking guidance on which pressure washer you would choose and why—I’ve narrowed it to these two.

AR Blue Clean AR1220WP Pressure Washer Stainless Steel 1250 psi 3.4 gpm $1,995 or

Kranzle KWS700TS Electric Pressure Washer 2400 PSI 3.3 GPM $4,024.

Please avoid advice on other pressure washers; I currently operate 6 mobile rigs in NJ and 4 in Delaware. Thanks!!

Help

Does anyone know what’s wrong with my tv? It makes this noise constantly when the brightness is set to anything except normal which it then goes away. It’s from 2018/2019 tcl roku 65 inch
