How do you guys keep your tape switch wires from getting melted on the gas block?
My gas block melted the shit outta this wire over the weekend, was planning to re-tape it with some high temp electrical tape. Any other suggestions?

Zastava M85 detent pin on FSB not touching Dead Air Wolverine?
Hi all, first time ak and suppressor owner here. I picked up a dead air wolverine and direct thread adapter for my M85. I haven’t shot it yet, but i have noticed that the suppressor doesn’t thread on far enough for detent pin on the fsb to touch it. I’ve notched the thread adapter where it bottoms out and lines up with the pin, and i was planning on making an extended sleeve for the pin to better retain the suppressor. Do i actually need to do that or is it overkill? The suppressor bottoms out and seems to stay tight. I don’t plan on taking this suppressor off this gun, so if i have to wait until it carbon locks for it to be secured proper that’s fine to. I’ve attached some photos.
Thank you in advance for the info, i’m new to this.
Zastava m85 retention pin not reaching dead air wolverine?
Hi all, first time suppressor owner here, i have a Zastava M85 with a direct mounted dead air wolverine. My question is, the pin on the fsb doesnt meet up with the suppressor despite being bottomed out on the threads. I was thinking of making an extended sleeve to go over the pin. i’ve notched the thread adapter where it bottoms out so it lines up with the pin for when i do. Is that necessary or am i good to go as is?
