How do you guys name your bases?

On my last base which is in the green beach region I settled on an island which, being greenbeach, was full of crabs. So i named it Kanishima, which is Japanese and means crab island. In general I try to make a connection between the location or background of my faction and the base name

My Base in the Greenbeach Region

I allied with the Crab Raiders and boy this is a good base location

  1. Only Reaver Raids: The Reavers are strong but they are the only faction raiding me and most of the time their raid groups die to crabs and crab raiders. and the one time they came through i just left the base and they took literally nothing, not even the food.

  2. good fertility and water: It says 75 when prospecting but i got 93 fertility on my vegetable farms with 100% green and 50% arid and with 80 water all around more than enough water to irrigate

  3. Ressources: I have within my walls 1 medium 55 quality copper deposit and 1 large 100 quality iron deposit

  4. potentially very defendable: even though i didnt implement it in my base, at least not yet, you can use the water to trap enemies on the way to the gate and just shot them with crossbows and turrets

  5. training: although crabs dont have high stats and arent the most efficient for leveling there is so many of them you can just continue leveling until about 30-40 + they wont eat you + if allied to crab raiders their patrols will heal you

  6. close crab village: there is a crab village very near to the base which gives easy acces to one store to sell stuff at and crabs + the crab raider patrols will follow and protect you for a while if you go near them and they will heal you if you are down

the only downsites i have had so far is the distance to any big cities and the difficulty to get to those and surviving the start where you dont have any walls yet and get constantly assaulted by crabs (but to be fair there was a crab nest that spawned at the location so there were maybe more crabs then usual).
