Is there anybody on here who can check what is going on with this tower?

Last week there was a lightning storm and I think it might have caused some damage. Line of site with the tower yields1 or 2 bars. Nothing loads and frequently in sos mode around it.
Racing against the storm. Made it out but man it was bumpy. Had flightaware open the whole time.
Is there an official announcement about this? There a multiple post on here about people seeing it. Has anyone successfully had it applied? 3 lines for $50 is a steal and will get me to switch from T-Mobile.
