How much money would I need for a 3-day stay in Dharamshala?

I'm a 1st year ECE student and will finish my first year soon. I have about a month free during summer and would like to learn something useful rather than stay at home.

Are there any workshops, labs, volunteering opportunities, short courses, student clubs, or other activities at nit hamirpur that an external first-year student can participate in?
