last day na po ba talaga sa may 18 ang pag register? like hindi na uli magoopen bago mag national election? also, can i register here in manila even if i’m from the province originally but i have been staying here for almost 3 years na. hindi kasi ako makauwi ng province namin to register due to a very tight schedule. i have been looking for places where i can register din kaso puro per district.
